Hello! My name is Praful and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. My interest in web development started in 2021 when I was a fresher — turns out designing a responsive website taught me a lot about HTML & CSS!
Fast-forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of working in differnt domains, Medical insurance, Fin-tech and Automotive, start-ups, couple of them being a huge corporations. Currnetly my main focus these days is building accessible, easily integratable SDKs, embedable widgets, user friendly products and digital experiences at
Tekion Corp for a variety of clients.

July 2024 - Present
▹ Worked extensively with a mono-repo containing micro-frontends architecture to deliver new features, enhancements for dealer management systems.
▹ Enhanced the dashboard by proactively identifying and addressing inefficiencies and potential bugs mainly in user roles, routes and permissions, ensuring high-quality code, readability and stability.
▹ Leading the efforts of development of a embeddable partner portal with a new setup from scratch, within a complex hybrid architecture, with seamless compatibility to the existing mono-repo.
▹ Provided strategic insights on tech stack options, playing a key role in technical decision-making and architectural planning with major focus on developer experience and customer satisfaction.
September 2022 - June 2024
▹ Effectively leading the web SDK team in spearheading the development of a globally expandable open-source payment SDK. Collaborated on crafting a merchant customizable, united-tested system within merchant- prescribed timeframes.
▹ Effectively lead the team in making the current repository Open source and successfully mitigated the challenges and issues which the team faced during the process. Significantly enhanced the development and release management setup.
▹ Increased payment success rates by optimizing SDK loading speed from ~5-8s to just ~1-5ms in slow network and reducing its size. Coordinated with other engineers to evaluate and improve software and hardware interfaces.
▹ Conducted regression testing and submitted observations to development team.
Auguest 2021 - 2022
▹ Effectively developed full-stack tasks, by collaborating with others ensuring products met the requirements and deadlines.
▹ Demonstrated expertise in writing clear, reusable code for optimal collaboration with peers.
▹ Achieved a 90% enhancement in user experience by reducing a specific process from 10-12 clicks to just two.
May - July 2021
▹ Contributed to small-scale projects using Python with Flask/Django frameworks. Getting acquainted with Azure concepts ADO, and getting familiar with Visual Studio
